A Gaucho’s Tale

Argentina is famous for its meat eating habits and world renowned meat. Growing up in Argentina, we ate some of the best meat imaginable. Now, after being vegetarian for over 8 years and vegan for 1, we created the best tasting meat substitute in the industry. To have Argentinians even consider tasting our products was our biggest challenge. Now, to get the world hooked on it is our next!

Gaucho’s Recipes Ingredients
Deep in the Pampa’s Cake

1 package of Vegan Gaucho
1 onion
1 red bell pepper
2 tomatoes
3 eggs replacement
1 kg. of potatoes
50 gr. of vegetable butter
Olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano to taste

A Gaucho’s
delight

1 package of Vegan Gaucho
1 egg replacement
1 cup of bread crumbs
1 cup of milk replacement
100 gr. of parsley
2 garlic cloves
Flour
½ cup of oil
Salt and ground pepper to taste

Vegan’s
Poncho

4 peppers
1 package of Vegan Gaucho
1 onion
100 gr. of green olives
2 tomatoes
Olive oil
Salt, pepper and ground pepper to taste
